Had a great visit at the Sarasota office Dr Dadamova, and her staff. The Dr was very informative and took time with me. The Staff also were excellent! Full marks all round.
Dr. Dadamova and her staff, Mina and Melinda at the front desk are great. They are so nice and are so accommodating. Dr. Dadamova listens to me and doesn't just rush through your visit. Best doctors office I've found in a very long time. I highly recommend them!
Called to check the status of a mutual patient authorization. Kimmie snaps and tells me in a curt tone “it’s in review “ inquired for clarity ‘is it awaiting provider to sign off or?’ She snaps again in a curt tone “it’s pending review “ I have never had a rep speak in such an unpleasant tone. The call can be pulled 10:40 am for clarity
I was greeted by Renae, the receptionist who was warm and inviting on my initial visit. She was very attentive to me being a new patient and to all of my paperwork being uploaded properly. The office itself was clean and organized. Then I met Reinaldo, the MA. He was calm and reassuring during the initial part of my exam and was also very detailed orientated.
