Kimmie snaps and tells me in a curt tone “it’s in review “ inquired for clarity ‘is it awaiting provider to sign off or?’ She snaps again in a curt tone “it’s pending review “ I have never had a rep speak in such an unpleasant tone. The call can be pulled 10:40 am for clarity
I was greeted by Renae, the receptionist who was warm and inviting on my initial visit. She was very attentive to me being a new patient and to all of my paperwork being uploaded properly. The office itself was clean and organized. Then I met Reinaldo, the MA. He was calm and reassuring during the initial part of my exam and was also very detailed orientated.
