The BEST. Dr. Hernandez is the nicest, smartest doctor I have seen and she always remembers what is going on and is always open to new treatments. The STAFF IS INCREDIBLE! Tina, Kathy, and Jen are always on top of everything and get everything done FAST and they do it right the first time. Great communication and SO FRIENDLY! Best doctors office I've had the pleasure going to.

Overall, I did not have a good experience with this practice. I moved to the area recently, so picked a VeriMed doctor to be my PCP. I had issues with billing which took 6 months and countless phone calls between quest and the practice to resolve. I later request a copy of my lab results and that was difficult to obtain (other than via mail) because reasons.. Anyway, the physical exam was decent (if you can get past being under 30 and being given a dementia questionnaire) but the post service experience was not worth the hea... read more
