Phil was very knowledgable, personable and thorough. His report, which was delivered quickly, was detailed and very easy to comprehend. I forgot to ask him about potential military discounts, but even without it, he offers multi-service discounts, competitive pricing and excellent service. I would definitely recommend!

Phil recently did the closing inspection at a property my in-laws are purchasing in Englewood Cliffs.
