I’ve had a great experience with Verified Property Management. Portia, the property manager, has been amazing and extremely supportive throughout everything. She and the maintenance manager, Craig, are always available whenever an issue comes up with my property. Their response time is impressive, and they make sure every maintenance ticket is handled and closed out quickly and professionally. Portia and her team have been great! She goes out of her way to make sure the whole experience is as easy possible, from communication/responsiveness and organization to payments and scheduling. This has been an overall great experience - would recommend 10/10.
