Portia has been amazing!! We are very glad we found her when looking for a place to rent 2 years ago. Took back my review of Portia...She is not a good person to deal with...never has her phone, never returns calls in a timely matter, leaves keys to the office at home....took 10 days of my life to say.."I sent you a letter". Never received a letter, is she going to reimburse me the $131.00 in fees because she claims there is a glitch! And, she says you can't go on this site, stay on the verified site only... PROPERTY OWNERS BEWARE. Portia Franklin was inexperienced, unorganized, dropped the ball on all promises she made and was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! There are unnecessary hidden fees charged on all future needed repairs. READ CONTRACT DETAILS CAREFULLY. I would not recommend hiring this company.
