I work for a non-profit organization, and we recently transitioned our background check services to Verified First based on a recommendation from Bloomerang. During our initial call, we were quoted an excellent rate for the Standard and Re-screen package. We utilized the service throughout April, so I was surprised to receive an invoice that was nearly double what we had anticipated. As someone who was asked to give a reference, my experience was not good. Within the first hour (during typical work hours) I received 2 emails, then a 3rd one 3 hours later. At the same time the 3rd email came, I also received 2 text messages, within 2 minutes of each other, AND a phone call that I did not answer but a woman left a message.
