I moved to the area from out of state on November 1st into Veridian Townhomes in Melbourne. I am here to say if you are not able to tour apartments and are moving from out of state DO NOT pick these Townhomes. I cry everyday knowing that I am stuck in a lease with these crooks. In the pictures on their website everything looks amazing but after moving in my townhouse, it was a disaster. They have fixed a lot of the things I have asked them to fix but these Townhomes are beyond repairable, especially for the price. Everyday I... read more
This is by far the best place I've lived, it truly feels like home. When moving in Rae Lynn was very attentive and has happily taken care of everything that has come up.
Don't do it!! Current resident. You won't get what they tell you. With three managers in the office in one year you can forget about follow through. If you become assertive then you are "confrontational." I come home to no parking, there is not a on property security officer so forget that too. Its sad because they are comfy designed homes! Speak to the other residents before moving in. That is what I would suggest. As I've walked around most have the same thoughts but it doesn't seem that is valued.
I have been a resident since 2005. I have always enjoyed living here. Everything has been recently remodeled and it all looks great! The office staff has always been very nice. I couldn't ask for a better place to live..
