Veridian is the worst place to live can not wait to move office and staff terrible the apartments really not renivated cause everything since we move in is breaking and its been two or three months still hasnt fix it the apt doesnt give us no notices bout nothing and the want to charge us all kinds of fees basically harrassing us if i was you i would never move there and trying find a way get out my lease
This place is great! From the office staff to the maintenance staff everybody is very helpful! Highly recommended!
I don't feel safe here and the apt managers and staff don't care. There's an old man screaming and cussing from the 1st floor and the couple on the 2nd beat the shit out of each other. I can't wait til my lease is up.
I LOVE THIS PLACE! I took my first tour this past Friday with Amanda! All the ladies in the office are wonderful and helpful! They explained me my options about moving and help me start my process!! The upgrades, courtyards, leasing staff, management, 24 hour fitness room in my opinion beyond 5 stars!
Worst place I have ever lived!! Poor management and their leasing office is highly unprofessional. My room mate and I moved in on August of 2015 and We're ready to move out! They are charging us 100 dollars + every month for water for a two bedroom 1 1/2 bath apartment, which is ridiculous! Wonder how they're paying for all these nice new renovations? Hmmmm.
