Stopped in and made a new account. Everyone was so nice and profesional
I went in for a loan and the branch manager never got back to me. After submitting the info he asked for, emailing him, calling and leaving message. Didn’t even take the time to let me know if I was or wasn’t approved. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
Veridian has been my Credit Union for 50 years now. They always go above and beyond. I could never imagine myself using anyone else for my financial needs. Gloria at the Waukee branch is awesome for your loan needs and Michelle is awesome for your mortgage needs.
Jadzia, was amazing!!! I loved her personality, personable character. She was amazing at answering all of my questions, in detail. 10/10 customer service, I appreciate how thoughtful, polite and professional. She was so helpful in directing me to solutions to my issues and questions. An immaculate soul she is!
