I'm a new member here and the process to open a new account online was "ok". A little harder then some, but a little easier then others. I tried to make a deposit at their ATM and it wouldn't accept it so I went inside only to have the teller explain to me my credit isn't good enough to make deposits through the ATM. My payroll checks are direct deposit yet my credit score won't allow me to deposit through the ATM? Excellent bank. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wide variety of products. I refinanced my home and truck with them, they saved me a lot of money. Best part is everything was either done by phone or email, I was able to electronically sign everything for my truck and when it was time to sign for the house I was in and out of the bank within a half hour. Excellent bank all around, I'm very happy and pleased with them.
