We had a positive experience living here years ago. Making a cross country move, and needed reliable housing that we couldn't see in person until arriving. Definitely use your own carpet cleaner machine upon moving in, that's the only negative, especially with paying over two thousand dollars a month for rent. We were grateful for this opportunity, and had all positive encounters with management and Carlos!
Prior to moving in I was unable to see my apartment so was a little skeptical about how the apartment may look and accommodate my belongings; however I have been pleasantly surprised by not only the apartment itself (modern style, great appliances, clean and bright), the community of people who reside in the apartment complex (everyone is very friendly and polite and there’s tons of dogs!), and the maintenance and leasing staff (timely and professional!).
