Absolutely horrible company and communication. File a claim with them and you get no answers, extremely unprofessional staff and one giant headache. My claim was denied for a requirement I was told I met through my employer. Said I didn't provide proper paperwork, even though I submitted all my newborn son's discharge papers. This is a joke of a company and these people should be ashamed of themselves.
I believe I have an active claim with this company, though it’s hard to be certain due to the complete lack of communication. I injured my leg two weeks ago and have not been contacted by anyone since. The only reason I even learned the company’s name was because I received a text asking me to complete a survey about how things were going. After some effort, I was able to find the name of my assigned adjuster—Devin (or possibly Devon). I have left multiple messages and have yet to receive any response. This is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST company I have ever dealt with for anything. My husband has been injured from work for months and still hasn’t been able to get an appointment with a specialist. I’m not sure what his claim manager does all day, but it’s DEFINITELY NOT HER JOB! Do better Sedgwick!!! You have people out here who really need help.
This companies call center is more difficult to get than unemployment during the Pandemic.
