Resident since 2024. They've always been prompt with maintenance and generally keep the grounds in top condition. Recently there's been a change of ownership, and Michelle in the office has been very helpful in clarifying my billing questions as they get their systems migrated.
They are very helpful and flexible with the new tenants.and Michelle Cox as a new community manager is being doing an excellent job maintaining the property in excellent condition along with the maintenance guy .
Plenty of parking
I lived in this apartments for 8 months. On my first week there, even though paying for my parking spot and for “security”, my car was DRILLED into the gas tank. The property agency not only said they wouldn’t do anything, but also accepted none of the cameras worked at the place. Security never existed (I also called them in 2 different occasions and never showed up).
