I am on my third transaction with Verge Real Estate and continue to have only positive experiences. We found our dream home and secured it, they helped me buy a rental property and help me find a superior tenant and they have been great resources everything home-related including contractors, plumbers and handymen. Darin was simply the best!! We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help us find our first home! He was extremely patient with us and would actually tell us all the cons with a place if he thought it wasn’t worth it, instead of pressuring us to make the sale. We literally felt like family to him he treated us with so much care and never rushed us even though it took a us a year and a half to find a home. I cannot reccomend him enough, him and his team are the best of the best!
