Completely awful place. HOA fees are nearly $1000 and they’ve been “renovating” the building for almost a year straight. Which means extremely loud noise early every morning, and we can’t access our yard, so not only is the fire escape nailed shut by the construction workers, all our plants outside are dead. And there’s been plastic wrapped around the building that whole time so there’s no light that gets in, making this miserable place even more miserable.
