Very positive place to keep myself healthy and connect with an amazing group of people. I love the diversity of healing services and fitness services offered and the focus on mindfulness.
The Nutrition coaching here is amazing. I thought I knew everything about diet, but something still wasn't working and I was struggling. I have learned so much with regard to timing, how food works in my body, fueling for sports/activities, and supporting my particular metabolism. The coaching here, in conjunction with my doctor, has gotten me jump-started on my journey to my best, most healthiest self. I highly recommend!
