Had the wonderful experience of working out at this facility while I was in town. Have to say it was top notch from the get go. Nicely greeted, incredibly clean, great selection of top of the line equipment, knowledgable staff/trainers, and locker room that took this place over the top. Very affordable and frankly I think for what you get it's a bargain for monthly cost. Thank you Verdure for taking it to the next level, now open a facility in Shreveport!

This place is amazing. The people there are nice and friendly and they all know your name. It is always super clean. They are changing things with how you drop off your kids and it's better. Any questions we have they answer promptly.
I've been going to this gym for about a month now and I've never gone to a gym so consistently. I like going because the staff is super awesome and being able to treat myself after a hard workout with the hot tub, steam room, or some racquetball makes me love going there. I haven't had any problems there and I feel like I definitely get my money's worth. My favorite is probably the showers/locker room area. They have everything I need from soap to hair gel and it's really convenient to get ready there before I head to work. ... read more
