From the consultation with the Verdun Representative to the Installation Team I could not have asked for better service. The Verdun team was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, professional and meticulous. The window itself is of excellent quality. This is not my first time using Verdun and it will not be my last. Overall a wonderful experience.
The end result is that the door looks and functions great. I would recommend Verdun. Two hiccups along the way: 1. The first install couldn't be done because the door was too big for the opening. I guess the sales consultant measured incorrectly. So, a 3 week wait and another day off work for it to be fixed and reinstalled. 2. After the installers left, I could hear wind noises through the door. After inspecting it I found out I could see right through to the outside along the bottom edge. Verdun just replaced the last 2 windows in my house and I am thrilled. From booking the quote with Mike who is always knowledgeable and awesome, to the booking and install, everything went smoothly. The installers were friendly and very quick with the installation. Verdun has done all the windows in my house and I highly recommend them. As you can see in the photo, my kitty likes them too.
Once again, Michel and Matt has provided amazing costumer service. Josh was also great! Funny guys! Love the work and they are good people!!
