If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Kayla and Samantha are horribly unprofessional. After writing reviews on different platforms pertaining to there lack of professionalism throughout our move in process where they have tried to upcharge us upwards of $1,000 with no explanation; they still refuse to resolve the issue at hand. They instead call and complain about the reviews posted about them and try to avoid fixing the actual issue.
