Wait staff is nice but not very attentive. Eleven people in our party & only one end of the table got bread. Asked waiter several times for some & took forever. (easily 1/2 hr) Food is very bland. No flavor for the money! Sorry Verdiles...a swing and a miss for me. :(
Tried Verdiles for the first time Sunday evening after living in Troy for many years, and regret not trying it sooner! The veal I had was tender, melt in your mouth delicious, and my husband loved his dish as well as our children. My only real critique was that our server was nice, but not terribly attentive, as he spent a good amount of time with the hostess and I had to gain his attention after our drinks had been empty for quite some time. Overall a great family run business that we will be returning to for years to come.

A great evening for both of us at Verdile’s. Anns’ veal and my shrimp cacciatore were both excellent. Service very good, as usual. Relaxing nite out for the both of us with no rush. Still one of our favorite restaurants for over 50 years.
