Had a pretty disappointing experience in applying to rent an apartment they’re listing. Two weeks after applying and being accepted, signing the lease, making the deposits and paying the realtor fee, I was told I was no longer accepted. I’d already begun packing my house. I’m not sure why they’d tell me I was accepted, send me a lease for signature, and accept $6,000+ for a deposit, if I was still only being considered. Agent never showed at agreed upon times. Told me to just walk in to a multi unit building (unsafe) and someone would meet me. Requested multiple credit checks, all of which cost money. I don’t know who wrote the other reviews but these people are scammers, if they even are actual people. 👎🏼👎🏼
