Matthew found that our furnace heat exchanger was cracked during the HVAC inspection. He quickly checked a supply vent and tested for carbon monoxide in the home. Even though our CO detectors had not gone off, the furnace had been leaking some carbon monoxide when we ran the heating system. I called on a Monday, they arrived Tuesday, inspected the heating system, gave me a clear estimate, and completed the work the same day. The heater repair team was very professional, on time, and clearly knew what they were doing. They stayed until they were confident everything was working right, and until i felt comfortable using the thermostat and controlling the heat in the home.
