Asked for a basic manicure—supposed to be 12 dollars. Got charged 30. She did not clean up my nails; you can see the sloppy polish. She did not use a UV lamp (because it was supposed to be a regular manicure, not gel), so my nails smudged under the fan because I believe she used a gel top coat, as I sat there for nearly 45 minutes and it was still wet. It only dried when another staff member came and put a different coat on top. I am very disappointed. Would never come back. However, the staff was nice.

Got my nails done for fall! I went with the popular neutral tones, and they match the autumn mood so perfectly—I can’t stop looking at my hands 😍 Clean service, kind staff, and 100% satisfaction. Definitely coming back again!

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for about 2-3 years now and the quality of service has been consistently excellent. The owner (Crystal) is always here and she is so talented (which makes total sense because she was a fine arts major). The vibe here is always relaxing and peaceful. I never feel like a number but more like a guest in their home. They are hygienic, clean, and use quality products. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been going to this nail spa for two years now. All of the staff are very sweet and do a great job. The owner is always onsite and does any nail design you want. She has never disappointed and I always get compliments on my nails.
