Covid scam.....you’ve always given us credit for our returns but now because of Covid you can’t. I could see not taking the bottles period but you’ll kindly take them off my hands but not give me the credit. Wow nice business for long term customers. (No longer will get my business or my referrals lots of other OLive oil stores) Using Covid to simply not give us the credit....Shame on you!
After supporting this business since they opened and referrals of family , friends and many out of town visitors I can no longer support this business. I recently spoke to an employee who worked there and her experience was appalling. Being yelled and screamed at by an owner is unacceptable. Then I found out today that they are no longer honoring their bottle return and their excuse is Covid. However they will still take your clean bottle donations without giving you a discount ? We stopped in today just to browse and had a wonderful visit with the store owners. We ended up purchasing 2 olive oils - one with cilantro and roasted onion and the other with butter. We also got a balsamic vinegar and of course we had to get some of their Heath English Toffee Fudge.

Great oils and vinegars fudge too
I went to the shop expecting nothing, but was immediately encouraged to taste their selection. The staff made the entire experience such a treat. I was expecting an afternoon of wine tasting, with a stop in this shop. This was the highlight of my afternoon. I love dark balsamic, but spent all my time combining the fun light balsamic flavors with the olive oils. I bought my fill of oils and vinegars before heading across the street to Merkin Vineyards Tasting Room to pick up some fresh bread for dipping.
