When we moved back to Flagstaff some years ago, NAH seemed to be in turmoil. My sense was the staff folks were good, but management had lost direction and simply didn't play well with other providers. Then, we moved down to lower elevation at Camp Verde, and happily, the CV primary care facility shows, just as the Flagstaff facility showed in recent years, that things have vastly improved.
