Integrity, good customer service!
Very very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was a walk in and they were very busy, but still took the time to help me solve a crank set problem ive been having. (Unfortunately where not able to figure it out right there but we did schedule a time for another day). My point is they walked away from what they were doing to help me when they could have just said make an appointment and waited till then.
I came across this place while shopping for a bike online. Their stock is more sophisticated than where I land as a beginner, but it seemed like a good business so after purchasing a cruiser I decided to have them assemble it. Zach was a true joy to interact with-kind, helpful and professional with an obvious passion for cycling. After an extremely rough week his energy and work ethic restored my faith in humanity. Now I’m excited to hop on my new wheels and PLAY!!
Came in hot with a broken rear derailleur and the amazing staff got my whip rolling like an F1 pit crew. Saved my pinyons & pines visionquest.
Super friendly old school bike shop with modern equipment and gear. Helped us plan a gravel ride while we were there on vacation.
