I took my 2020 Intense Mountain Bicycle to Cottonwood's Verde Valley Bicycle for a tune up. I'm a 72 year old 15 mile a day woman rider. You can ride a bike even when it's 100 degrees. These bike shop guys understand that. They worked on my bike and quickly made the adjustments. In addition, they helped me find a new derailleur hanger replacement that makes my ride feel like I should be on the Tour de France. Zach, thanks for being the perfectionist I was looking for.
Best experience- You need to use this bike shop! I am an elderly woman, single and wanted to ride up here while visiting. I stopped into the shop to see if they had bikes to rent and maybe some idea’s where to ride. Zac was amazing and so enthusiastic! I got a personal tour today with the owner Greg. 1 on 1. Can’t thank him enough for the wonderful morning. He is knowledgeable, personable, and kind. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you all.
Great bike shop!! Their days open may not initially appear super convenient, but they make total sense (letting them be open on the weekends) and the staff go ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure you get everything you need, regardless of the day. I was coming into town and they hooked me up with a great multi-day mtn bike rental. Bike was well-tuned, shifted and rode perfectly.
