Ambulance service was great. However the payment of said service is absolutely horrendous if I could give negative stars I would. No way of paying online, they won't accept any auto payment plans, only check sent at certain locations or via phone. Have been calling for days and noone bothers to answer or return your call for payment. It's been days calling at different times during their limited business hours and nothing. Hopefully they add a payment portal or something cause this is more frustrating than the incident causi... read more
Their service might be better if they showed their crews a picture of an ambulance every morning and engaged them in an educational dialogue about what it is and what it's for. For emergency medical personnel they seem to lack a basic understanding that people require medical attention from time to time and figuring that out seems to me like job one.
Verde Valley Ambulance is a great place to work as it is very family oriented and strives to provide the best care to the community. Promotes learning and growth with advancement opportunities.
Jessica and Donovan are the day crew. You cannot get anybody better than these two. Jessica provided me non-stop communication in order to keep my mind off of my pain of which I had a broken back and a broken leg. They were transporting me from Cottonwood hospital, who didn't want me, to Flagstaff Medical Center who was reluctant to even accept me.
