The first service you receive will be great. After this, do not get tricked into buying any pre-paid services!! Monica will never show up to fulfill her end of the bargain. She cancelled/no showed at least 5x before I gave up because the hassle was not worth it. She is now in a Richardson location as she keeps getting kicked out of salons due to not paying rent. I only know this because I talked to the owner of this Gaston location when she didn't show up for the appt scheduled.
