When I arrived to take care of things at my grandfather's house, the air conditioner was not working and it was very hot. The person that I called on the phone was very polite and helpful (I didn't write down her name I should have. I don't know why I didn't. Sorry). Well they were already booked for the day. A great team installed my new heat pump and it looks and works perfectly.
We had them put in a new evaporative cooler which they said they would do in October and come back in the spring to set it up. Because of the heat they had to come in February and since then they’ve had to come back three times because of problems related to either the product and/or the service. My husband is 75 and wanted to quit climbing ladders so that’s why he decided to just hire someone to put in a new cooler to replace the 36-year-old one. That was working well but starting to rust.
