Rude people. Not considerate or understanding at all. I asked for an application for an apartment and they responded saying Zillow showed I had a 579 credit score and they require 600. I responded to there rude response asking how they could be so rude and they doubled down by responding saying “if you paid your bills on time your credit score would be higher.” What a company. Shame! Shame! Shame!
Don't do it! So many issues. So little resolve. I've been moved out for almost 3 months and just received a text saying that I didn't correctly pay my Xcel energy bill, even though I did for the whole year. Headaches while living under their management, and headaches after. We dealt with mice, maintenance men just coming in unannounced, and ignored maintenance requests. Would absolutely not recommend.
