The company is really on top of things as far as I can tell. Many things we're needing repair, many of which they have already completed the first 2 weeks of renting with them as property managers. Great experience so far.
Timely communication and respectful. Communication can be hard via text, email etc however Vanessa, and the team always take time to listen, hear and act timely to requests. They are great at conflict resolution and care about the tenants and property. A
My experience with VERDE as an HOA has always been pleasant. Jess and her team are quick to repair and very knowledgeable in the industry. Highly recommend to any HIA looking for s new management company. Very easy to understand portal also.
