Verde Ranch was great. Both Craig and Miranda were very friendly and professional. They were patient and explained everything very well. Miranda had great follow-up customer service and made very good suggestions (extremely helpful and friendly). Thank you Miranda! We will be moving our furniture to Verde Ranch storage on Monday. So far the experience has been excellent

Incredible rude staff that feels that giving customers attitude and making threats when customers ask for clarification on bills. Or ask why when they make mistakes and feel the customer should pay for their mistakes.
