I used them as a property manager and would not recommend them to anyone. They are not responsive and not helpful. I paid them $100 every month, and there are much more affordable options that would likely do about the same or more for you. Stay away!
Bad service
Great house! Great presentation!
Extremely rude whenever you try to communicate with them. Zero move/out process communicated unless you reach out multiple times. There are much better companies within the Twin Cities to utilize. Rent at your own risk. I don't leave many reviews, but felt the need to warn others.
