Don't do it! So many issues. So little resolve. I've been moved out for almost 3 months and just received a text saying that I didn't correctly pay my Xcel energy bill, even though I did for the whole year. Headaches while living under their management, and headaches after. We dealt with mice, maintenance men just coming in unannounced, and ignored maintenance requests. Would absolutely not recommend.
The company is really on top of things as far as I can tell. Many things we're needing repair, many of which they have already completed the first 2 weeks of renting with them as property managers. Great experience so far.
Timely communication and respectful. Communication can be hard via text, email etc however Vanessa, and the team always take time to listen, hear and act timely to requests. They are great at conflict resolution and care about the tenants and property. A
