I never give reviews but after seeing that last good one while trying to find their number, I had come tell my story. I am a past tenant that moved out about 2 months ago. The move-out process was difficult as the company took such a long time to respond to my communications until I threatened legal action, wouldn’t answer any calls, and moved very slowly. I used them as a property manager and would not recommend them to anyone. They are not responsive and not helpful. I paid them $100 every month, and there are much more affordable options that would likely do about the same or more for you. Stay away!
