My experience with VERDE as an HOA has always been pleasant. Jess and her team are quick to repair and very knowledgeable in the industry. Highly recommend to any HIA looking for s new management company. Very easy to understand portal also.
Where do I start? This is the most incompetent irresponsible lazy rude and non law abiding company I have ever came across. They manage our property for HOA or don’t I should say. I put in a maintenance request almost 3 years ago and still nothing. We were 2 months behind in our HOA because my wife lost her job and instead of them contacting us or sending any type of warnings they sent my account straight over to lawyers which, according to our bylaws is illegal. I had a horrible experience I drove from Lino Lakes mn to Minnetonka mn to do an in person to view of the property. Seems like as soon as she seen the color of my skin she didn’t have keys to open the property so she proceeded to tell me she would go get keys from the office came back 15 mins later without any keys to view the property I’m about 45 minutes away I fought with traffic to get there nd back home it was just a waist of time nd gas waisted.. very unprofessional

It will save you a lot of time and I was able to take the first place he showed me because he knew what I was looking for!
