Yo vivi 24 meses los primeros 18 todo excelente pero en cuanto cambio de dueños todo era un desastre mi apartamento yo vivía abajo primer piso y siempre caía agua del techo no Me arreglaban pasaba una semana y no Componían la manager muy mala para atender a los clientes es gritona y pedante y para colmo no regresar mi depósito tengo mas de 2 meses que me salí entregue mi apartamento súper limpio y nadie hasta hoy nadie se hace responsable por regresarme mi depósito tendré que acudir a la ley y licenciado. They need a contact number for when things go wrong at night. They do not enforce the reserved parking and there's no number to call to complain about other cars parking in the assigned spaces. This is the 4th night in a row that I have not been able to park in the spot assigned to me and yet, I was still charged $25 to reserve it. I didn't know I was paying for other people to use that space.
Not charging move out of $1464.96 twice to a previously tenant, that has bank statements, and receipts that it was paid in full back on Dec 2018!!!!!

I have never lived in ANY apartment complex for more than a year, Ive decided to stay for year #2 at Verde apartments and that says a lot!!! I cannot express how much I appreciate the staff here for always working to make the living environment the best they can!!!!!
