Wonderful gym! Great atmosphere and amazing coaches! I’m new to working out in a gym and the people here have made me feel completely comfortable.
Great box with an awesome community of people. The coaches are there to coach. If you’re looking for a place with knowledgeable coaches who are going to give you tips on form and technique to make you a better athlete, this is the place!
Recently moved here and was looking for a gym. Was a little nervous to try CrossFit again but this place is amazing. The coaches are all incredible (shout out to Eric, Jeff, Bailey and Ashlyn). They really care about you reaching your potential but also doing everything safely. The programming is a lot of fun and the community is just great. Highly recommend this gym.
