The living space is nice, not too difficult to handle, but the parking is definitely an issue, I get home from work late and almost every time never find parking for me so keep that in mind, it is difficult Updated: still the same awful parking, and now that I’m getting home with my pregnant wife someone has taken our parking spot and management can’t pick up to handle this situation for me, I do not recommend it here if you’re thinking of it, I’m probably leaving soon too
Your backyard is literally a park. Having Clagett Creek Park as your view from the back of Verda Crossing is amazing. The kitchens have beautiful quartz countertops, durable LVT flooring throughout, and in-unit washer and dryer — no more hauling laundry down the hall. It is currently 12:28am, my boyfriend came home from work & there was absolutely no parking whatsoever I had to get up to take him to drop off his car somewhere else and bring him home because they don’t allow overnight parking on the street or else we’ll get towed. We can’t ever have family or visitors over either because of the parking. It is really annoying and upsetting to come home from a long day at work and there’s never parking. I went to apply for one of there many apartments that were available and during the approval process we sent all of paystubs we make 4 times the amount of rent and they still declined saying we don’t make enough. Then I called the main line some robot answered and no person to talk to for answers. I don’t feel comfortable about any of this.
