The entire experience was awful. The location has inadequate parking, and the noise level is so high that sleeping past 6 AM is impossible. During our short 45-day stay, the police visited the complex three times, escorting two individuals away in handcuffs. Additionally, the trash accumulation was so severe that it was nauseating just to enter that area. Brand new apartment - was a nice place to live other than being cheaply made and terrible parking situations. Also while moving out (with no where to park) an office lady said we can’t park in the “fire lane” even tho we were in and out and could clearly see if there was an emergency to move?? There was maybe 5 guest spots for the entire complex? I also put a work order in and it took I think 2 months to get a response. This apartment is too expensive for what you get the washer and dryer in unit is not what is shown on the website and if you live a distance away where you cannot see the apartment before signing the lease, you will regret it. It is not a washer and dryer it is a washer dryer combo, which will take 5 to 6 hours to dry Six towels my power bill has been $200 a month laundry gets backed up because it’s so small and you have to remove half of it when drying to do it in a timely manner When you mention the lack of washer and drye... read more
