The smoke detectors have made living here almost unbearable, been woken up at least 5 times to a blaring alarm for no good reason. As I’ve typed this I can hear another one going off, been here for just 4 months and I can no longer feel at peace in my own home.
My experience living here was the best experience my little family had, downside was the price but overall this place was home to us.
Cons: - Staff unresponsive and rude. Sloan was very sassy when I had questions - Way overpriced for what you get- we were told we’d get a move in special. We applied the SAME DAY as our tour, right afterwards and all of a sudden the priced jumped $100 and we did not get our move in special - I paid $1695 for a small 2b2b, they wanted to bump up my rent to $1729 but then I decide to vacate and my same floor plan unit gets listed for LESS than what I’m originally paying - Small units and they charge an additional $25 for acces... read more
Seriously? Whose brilliant idea was it to stick the only compact parking spots in this entire asphalt jungle right in front of the three-bedroom apartments? You've got families over here trying to wrestle minivans and SUVs into a space clearly designed for a clown car! And to top it off, you assigned it to the people who need the most space?
