I spoke with owner on Monday stating my ac wasn't working and if he could come out. He stated that he was busy and that he could come out Wednesday or Thursday. Wednesday came and no show, no call, no answer -my calls went straight to voice mail. I left message to please call me back as a courtesy to let me know if he would be showing up tomorrow since he didn't show up today. Thursday came and the same thing.
