Technicians are nice but very poor upper level management, they come up made up policies to limit client program needs, heavily run by politics not with empathy or passion to serve their clients.

Ms Jackie has done an outstanding job with my son Armand in our sessions. ms Jackie is very creative when it comes to making accomidations for my disabled son. She's very understanding and has the most empathy. Ms Jackie has been so helpful when my son has had seizures during our sessions. She acts fast and She's so professional, calm and reassuring . I was referred to VBA by our coordinator from SDRC. We’ve been working with Hanna for about a month or so and she’s been such a blessing. We’ve seen so much improvement since our first session. If you have a choice, I’d recommend Hanna, she’s the best!
