I’ve been seeing Maya at Verb for 7 years now. It’s about time I wrote a review!! Maya has seen me through all my hair stages from short and brown to long and blonde and back to brown. Not to mention through pregnancy hair then postpartum hair loss. I trust Maya to always take the best care of my hair and make the recommendations for what I need in certain stages of my life. I just had the fastest most positive hair cut and blowout in my life by Alex!! He was so lovely and warm and personable, made me feel very comfortable and at ease, I am very anxious and particular with my hair! He did a thorough job washing my hair, wonderful scalp massage and beautiful haircut!! did exactly what I asked, was honest and did a beautiful super shiny and bouncy blowout on my super curly and unruly hair! Used to come here fairly often. I decided not to go back anymore. I was a loyal customer but was surprised at how I was treated during my last two visits . I had an intern wash and dry my hair. I am not against learning or interns . But this particular one was very bad on both occasions two months apart. First time she did not wash my hair after dye properly, second time she kept pulling my hair painfully. Both times I was drenched in water all to my back ..
