I was a guest at VeraVia 1 year ago in Oct 2021. The experience was so profound, it changed my life forever. The staff at VeraVia were incredibly detailed through the various modalities. I was struggling with anxiety and stress and after only 1 week at VeraVia, my cortisol levels dropped. I HIGHLY recommend this retreat to anyone looking for a reset.
I attended VeraVia's 3 week Comprehensive plan. The program, team, and accommodations exceeded my expectations and proved to be a smart investment.
