I did my taxes here for 3 years now and Sarah has been very helpful. Last year IRS was delaying my refund for a whole year sending a letter every 3 months they were still investigating. I was really relieved that this business is open all year, and for that reason Sarah has helped me with such patience in calling and waiting to speak to IRS time after time to ask what other "proof" they needed to give me my money.
