I want to preface this by saying the women who work at Veras Nails are very kind. But I went to get a pedicure yesterday on 7/6/25 around 1pm. The lady who did my pedicure spoke no English and didn't understand anything I said. While I was in the chair she dropped the tool she was using on the floor, ran it under cold water and continued using it on my foot. Outstanding customer service and very competitive/affordable prices.
I brought my mom in there to get her upper lip waxed. We were registering on the tablet and a lady came around the corner and physically swatted my mom's hand away, telling her no. Just because we were looking at what other waxing they offer. We were in shock but my mom went back and got waxed. It was so fast the lady didn't even do it right. She still had hairs. We left no tip and would never come back
