Unfortunately you can't give a negative star rating which is what they deserve. If you're looking for great customer service and quality beds DONT tan at Verano tan. After a month of tanning I hardly bronzed and when I told them how I wont ever be coming back, their response was "that's fine". This was the worst tanning experience I've ever had and I will never go back. Tanning options are slim in Traverse City but it will always been in your best interest to go anywhere but here.
