I should have listened to the many horrible reviews: absolutely horrible insulation, where you hear everything your neighbors are doing And I mean everything! The HOA never responds and is non existent.
Crazy HOA, Zero sound proofing, Neighbors very entitled and I (29F) have been harassed by a large middle ages male insinuating I do not live here despite having a pass to park. I’ve also been told unsolicited, just so you know they will tow your car if you park her without living here, Again profiled that I can’t afford to live her because of the vehicle I drive. I don’t recommend this place for those reasons but love the location proximity to my work so I was enticed.
Wish there was a ZERO star available. Absolutely the worst apartment I have lived in ! (Renting nearly 40 years) Nothing else comparable. It is quieter in a combat zone. Absolutely no insulation or privacy. Every slap, every slam, every intimate act between partners, every argument, every card game — in full stereo sound. You can not hang anything on walls, as the constant violent slamming of doors causes the art, pictures or displays to come crashing down.
