Nice place to be. Quite and comfortable.
This apartment complex has a predatory towing agreement with Ramos towing to prey on low income seniors in their community. They have a contract in which they allow the tow company onto private property to take vehicles for things like expired registration. This is borderline illegal and definitely immoral. Stay away!
Not what I thought 😔
My parents moved in recently and within 2 weeks have had a number of issues. All have been reported and none of them have been corrected so far. The staff are nice enough but nice doesn't get things done. Lightbulb outside their unit is out. Refrigerator stopped working day 2 and all their food went bad. Shower stops running after a few seconds. Toilet is not installed correctly it wobles when used. Boxes were stolen from their doorstep on the day they moved in.
