My parents moved in recently and within 2 weeks have had a number of issues. All have been reported and none of them have been corrected so far. The staff are nice enough but nice doesn't get things done. Lightbulb outside their unit is out. Refrigerator stopped working day 2 and all their food went bad. Shower stops running after a few seconds. Toilet is not installed correctly it wobles when used. Boxes were stolen from their doorstep on the day they moved in.
