It's beautiful! I love the apartment building and a convenient location to businesses and restaurants. The manager is so professional and curious to the tenants. I love that it doesn't tolerate not following of the rules that is established to live here. Joyce

Ok first look at this location in Wichita and you would NEVER think of a place where serious crimes have taken place! To have numerous tenants have their doors kicked in and that’s a terrible feeling to have thinking your place you call home is SUPPOSED to be safe ! To find out there are NO security cameras 🎥 or entrance cameras anywhere is ridiculous. That’s not safe and your location doesn’t have a security patrol to have a presence to deter criminal activity. I’ve been here for less than a year and my door has been kicked in on top of another five tenants doors getting kicked in! They still haven’t got any Cameras! On top of that my bike got stole from my balcony that was locked up! If you move here get cameras because you would expect that in this neighborhood!
