Trying to reach management staff via telephone is near next to impossible. When calling, the phone will ring, and cut off. You're unable to leave a message. When we have questions or concerns, about 95% of the time the receptionist is unable to answer or clarify the questions or concerns. The Maintenance staff is very good, courteous. The grounds look nice. I wish I could say the same of the office staff.
3 years later, they sent my account to PROCOLLECT FOR A DEBT THEY REFUSE TO VERIFY!! Procollect doesnt delete off your credit report and so now my credit is ruined for seven years. I have lived in 6 apartments and never had a balance. They charged me $800 to change the carpet for one stain even though I never received new carpet when I moved in. Beyond this personal issue, the property is riddled with crime and literal vultures. They fly around the pool and the trash…. The staff is always changing too. So disappointed in the... read more
