I'm really frustrated because whenever took the pictures to show the apartment did a ver poor job. It's like they are trying to hide how "small" each of the rooms and closets are... and there is absolutely no picture of the bathrooms. What's to hide? Really? ...and thanks ladies for your honest reviews. No thank you Vernandas Apartments.
Management in this complex is absolutely horrendous. Both Gina the assistant manager and Janet office manager are both rude obnoxious have no customer service skills and make promises that we don’t keep including charging you late fees that you didn’t Accrue. I lived here for five years and I’ve never had a problem with management until these two took over more recently. This apartment is no longer safe. No security, people smoking, cars being stolen, packages been stolen. I don’t recommend this place
They never answer the phone. They have changed management 3 times within the last 5 years. They are slow to fixing problems, gate always broke, they are unprofessional. The unit one has 1 ac in the living room. Look for something else
