I want to share my recent experience with this apartment complex in hopes of shedding light on an important issue. I was completely transparent with Tre about my rental history, including two evictions. The first eviction was fully resolved—I paid it off in full, provided clear receipts as evidence, and continued living in that apartment afterward without issue. This place was not worth the price. Dirty complex. Neighbors upstairs were fighting ALL of the time. Even until 5am. I made several complaints and no one helped or made it stop.
Taylor and Sara have been so amazing through out this whole process. My boyfriend and I are going to be renting an apartment at the verandas and these two have just been so helpful and patient from explaining everything we need to do in detail to answering all of our phone calls when we needed help figuring even the smallest thing out. I was not expecting our apartment hunt to go smooth at all and we are just very grateful for Sara and Taylor. Thank you guys so so much for everything and we can’t wait to move in!
I love my apartment! Very spacious floor plans, my 2 bed 1.5 bath is 1,030 sq ft which is so much space. It's located very close to the freeway, pet friendly, has extra storage on the patio, and management is great!
