I've lived here for 6 months. My experience thus far has been that I like the location, but the Manager who started shortly before I moved in is really bad. She has lied on multiple occasions. FedEX and UPS often can't leave my packages because she locks up the office. The fitness room equipment is all unusable for the most part. Now as the temperature is heating up I'm finding a bug problem, and I live alone with very little food kept in the kitchen. I'd look elsewhere if I had it to do over.
I have never lived in a place that is sooo quiet. Love it! It's close to everything I need too... Fry's just two blocks up, Walgreen’s less then a mile away, LA Fitness less then a mile...so nice that I don't have to drive far after I come home from work. Girl in the office is awesome! Every time I have need something she is quick to respond and always so helpful.
