Condescending woman works at the front desk reception area. Asks if you can read. This place is a joke for animal care. I walked in only to ask a question for a cat that could not urinate. I was given a hand signal to leave the building by the receptionist and asked if I could read the sign on the door and make an appointment. I didn't have the cat with me. Unfortunately, the cat died. THANKS FOR NOTHING !!!
Please remove the word “hospital” from your name..... Our family dog suddenly couldn’t move his legs, very lethargic, not himself, so we rushed him to Verandah due to it being right next to our home. Upon arriving the staff refused to see him! “We have our own patients, doesn’t he have a regular vet? Did he eat table scraps? I mean we can take him but it’s going to be a $500 deposit.” Upon calling Van Rokel’s office, they are seeing him now. RecommendedToday marks a week that my boys have been gone. My heart aches without them. It's still even hard to talk about it without crying. How we loved them so. It's not the same without them but They will always be a part of us. I got a card in the mail today from Verandah Pet Hospital. Signed from the staff and my baby's paw print. I had to take my doxie who is 14 years old in to the vet yesterday because she was ill. The care, concern and love they all put into my little girl was 2nd to none! When Dr. Perra called me to discuss the diagnosis, she was thorough and explained when I didn’t understand. AND said they would follow up not just the next day, but several days! That’s love and care for patients and owners! Thank you so much for going above and beyond. Vicki B
I can't express my love and gratitude for VPH! Literally the most caring doctors and staff I have ever met. If you are looking for a great place for your fur babies, look no further. I highly recommend VHP. Thank to Dr. Parra you are a blessing 😘❤️🐶
Dr Piper is the best Vet I have come across, I'm thankful for his professional skills and amazing demeanor with my dog. I am a third time dog owner and I will always take my dogs to Dr Piper. the office staff are just as nice and amazing.
