DR Horton had a horrible reputation before and the "Express Homes" only makes it worse. EXTREMELY over priced for the quality and craftmanship you get. $300K+ for a house with below builder grade fixtures and material. I have seen trailer homes with better finishes. Before you doubt my judgment know that I have been a commercial construction project manger for ten years. I know what material cost are and I know how a building should be built.
