After settling in for a little over a year and ironing out a few rough spots it turned out to be a pretty good place to reside.
This place is going down the toilet. Everything is broken. The amenities have been reduced to 10%. The management is pretty much nonexistent. The maintenance is difficult if not impossible to get help save yourself and don’t let anybody you love come here. The water bill is on the ceiling sometimes over $300 a month when there was no water bill when you first moved in and it is not in the lease run for the Hills and do not come to anything with the name Veranda on it .
